Digital patient record

Our goal? Making sure you always have your patients' or residents' data quickly at hand, so you can do what you do best, take care of your patients.

What is the Electronic Patient Record?

The Electronic Patient Record is the software in which you register and manage the data of your patients or residents. It is a replacement for your paper records, a tool that simplifies your administration. But more than that, it is also a communication tool that allows you to focus on your core task: care.

In addition to registering patient data, messages can also be received from other healthcare providers via a link with the eHealthbox. Referral letters that are sent on can also be immediately integrated into the patient file. Furthermore, the EMD allows for sending electronic prescriptions, making Chapter IV requests, checking a patient's insurability, and so on.

Benefits of an electronic patient record

Efficiency

Properly functioning software can mean a lot of efficiency gains in a practice, pharmacy or assisted living facility. The chance of errors is reduced and you can focus on care.

Communicate quickly and safely

Communicate better with other caregivers (in a safe and structured way).

Working together better

The days when healthcare providers worked alone are long gone. Group practices are becoming more the norm, even across disciplines in medical homes, residential care centers are becoming more of a well-oiled machine. And the larger the team becomes, the greater the need for good agreements and consultation.

More than 22 years of experience with software for primary care providers

We love what we do, and it shows. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, we know the industry like the back of our hand. No challenge is too big or too small for us, and we give our all for every project we take on. We believe that every patient deserves a smooth medical experience. And that is also what you, as a medical professional, strive for every day.

The focus on primary health care is rapidly increasing due to the aging of the population, the rising number of chronic diseases, new health care professions,...

Collaboration between the patient, primary care providers and hospitals is gaining in importance. Medical professionals use our communication software on a daily basis, which securely supports data sharing between first line actors, laboratories, mutual health organizations, RIZIV and hospitals. For example, MyCareNet is fully integrated into our software for pharmacists, nurses, doctors and dentists. The Shared Pharmaceutical Dossier, Vitalink, Recip-e, Chapter IV, eHealthBox,... are only a few examples of projects we fully support. eHealth services are becoming increasingly important and are a daily reality for medical care providers and their patients.
